Grade Point Average

First Nations University uses the grade point average (GPA) to determine your academic standing. Your GPA is calculated as follows:

  1. Multiply the credit hours by the final grade (for each course).
  2. Add together the products of those multiplications (Sum A).
  3. Add together the credit hours for each course (Sum B).
  4. Divide Sum A by Sum B.
  5. Truncate the result by two decimal places (not rounding).
