Reference and circulation assistance

Library patrons have access to reference services during daytime library hours. Regina campus patrons can expect reference services from the Head Librarian and circulation support from library technicians. Saskatoon and Prince Albert patrons can expect reference and circulation support from library technicians. Reference services will not be provided over the phone.

Computer workstations and printing services

Each campus library provides computers for patron use. Login requires a University of Regina username and password or the generic login instructions found on or near each workstation. In most cases, there are more patrons than computers so please limit your computer use to school related activities only.

Each campus library provides a coin-operated printer/photocopier for patron use (the printers are not on the University of Regina network). Patrons are responsible for bringing their own change, library staff will not provide any.

The FNUniv campuses each have a computer lab. When the labs are free, patrons are allowed to use the computers and printing services provided. The labs also provide overflow when the library workstations are all occupied.

Newspapers and magazines

Each campus library subscribes to the major newspapers from their location, as well as many other First Nations periodicals and journals. Visit the circulation desk for access to these items.
