Job Role:
Reporting to the Floor Security Shift Managers, Floor Security employees provide exceptional customer service. They monitor guest behaviour and react appropriately to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff. Floor Security employees are responsible for monitoring, detecting and observing suspicious, unlawful and unsafe activities, by performing guard duties at the casino entrances or by patrols throughout the casino floor. As well, they will monitor and ensure casino operations are completed in accordance with SaskGaming’s policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate will have a grade ten (10) and a minimum of one (1) year experience in providing customer service. Previous Security related experience would be an asset.

Work Eligibility:
You will be at least 19 years of age to apply. You will be required to obtain and maintain a Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority – Gaming Employee Certificate of Registration. You must be legally entitled to work in Canada. You will be required to work shifts including evenings, nights and weekends. The Floor Security staff work a 24-hour shift rotation. You will also be required to successfully complete the Floor Security training program starting May 11, 2026, that will consist of three (3) weeks full-time paid training.
