Our Information Technology team aspires to be a leader in applying technology to power business strategies. This program is a 24-month accelerated learning opportunity for new or recent graduates in the technology field. In this rotational program, employees will work within 3 Technology roles for 8 months each with a focus on development and mentorship. At the end of the 2-year rotation, employees will be assessed and placed in a suitable role within the Technology department. Areas of focus/roles may include BSA, Technical Support, Technical Analyst, System Development, Data.
How you will create impact:
Apply critical thinking and learning agility to meet the unique development expectations of each rotation.
Participate in training, workshops, and learning events to build broad technological capability.
Learn, understand, and adhere to departmental processes, guidelines, and best practices.
Analyze incoming requests for alignment with IT policies and standards, providing input on ways to improve efficiency or reduce costs.
Conduct market research, analysis, and documentation to support technical solutioning.
Participate in projects and initiatives, contributing to requirements gathering, problem identification, and solution recommendations.
Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to support Technology objectives and implement sustainable technical solutions.
Identify and recommend enhancements to tools, workflows, forms, and processes.
Build strong, positive relationships with leaders, peers, and stakeholders across each rotation.
To join our team:
You are a new graduate or recent graduate (completed within the last two years) in a technology‑related field.
You have less than two year of full‑time work experience.
You bring curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine desire to learn across different Technology areas.
You demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with individuals at all technical levels.
You are eager for a hybrid work environment and open to working at any of our key office locations (Guelph, Toronto, Regina, Montreal).

Expected salary range $57,822 – $96,370
