Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is seeking an engineering or engineering technology student interested in construction management to support infrastructure projects at a Canadian military base in Saskatchewan. This role supports office and field activities related to construction and project management

STUDENT PROGRAM
The National Student Program offers an 8‑month work experience term providing practical exposure and skill development in a professional environment.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
• Mentorship from experienced professionals
• Exposure to office and field construction/project management work
• Networking across multiple disciplines
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor inspection and construction contract activities
• Check compliance with contractual requirements and report deviations
• Maintain records, schedules, and documentation
• Prepare standard reports
• Support renovation and new construction projects
• Assist in tendering activities by reviewing plans and specifications
• Participate in consultant, construction, and staff meetings

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
• Meet minimum age requirements to work in Saskatchewan
• Current enrollment in engineering, engineering technology, architecture, environmental science, or related field
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Canadian citizen or permanent resident (preferred)
