Position: The FLP Coordinator supports the effective day-to-day operations of Eagle Heart Centre’s Family Learning Place program. Working in close collaboration with the Team Lead, this role ensures that all family visits, intakes, schedules, and documentation are accurately maintained, timely communicated, and compliant with Ministry and organizational requirements.
The FLP Coordinator acts as the key administrative and communication link between the Team Lead, visitation staff, and Ministry partner, ensuring information flows seamlessly, visits are well-coordinated, and data remains accurate for reporting and payroll. This position requires strong organizational and computer skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Through consistent communication, organization, and trauma-informed practice, the FLP Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting family reunification, child safety, and Eagle Heart Centre’s commitment to culturally safe service delivery.
Education: Post-secondary education in Human Services, Office Administration, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Minimum two (2) years of experience in administrative coordination, scheduling, or program support within a human services or government setting.
