How long will I have access to the course?

There may be some exceptions, but typically, you will have 90 days from the time of registration to complete the courses.

Are there tests or quizzes involved?

There may be knowledge checks and/or a final quiz at the end of the course. All assessments are designed to be accessible and easy to complete by engaging in the course content. Within each lesson, you will have the answers to each assessment.

What are the computer requirements for this course?

You should have access to a desktop computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone or smart device that has the following: On a desktop computer (PC or Mac), use the most recent version of a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge). On a mobile device, use iOS Safari: 11 and up, Chrome, or Samsung Internet. Unsupported Browsers: Internet Explorer, Chromium, or Linux web browsers. For virtual sessions: speakers/headphones, web camera, and microphone.

Can I get a refund on the purchase of the course?
