Facility Usage Application

The First Nations University of Canada has six (6) spaces to choose from to host your event.
These spaces include: 

  • Regina Campus – two boardrooms, our large Multipurpose Room, and the beautiful First Nations Veterans Memorial Tipi (atrium) 
  • Saskatoon Campus – small boardroom 
  • Northern Campus – mid-size boardroom 

Download and fill out the FNUniv Facility Usage Application and send the completed application to Event Services. *Kindly send all event requests via email*

Please submit your application at least two (2) weeks in advance of your event to be given proper consideration.

*Please note that the use of the Ceremonial Tipi and requests for pipe ceremony are not booked through Event Services. There is protocol to be followed for such requests and the campus oskâpêwis, Elders Helper, should be contacted in a respectful manner.

Parking

Parking is not included in the event fees. All external events are required to pay for parking for the duration of the event.
Parking is available in Lot 12. You can use the paybyphone app or a Pay station is available in the east entrance of FNUniv Regina Campus.
Parking on the FNUniv Campus is monitored by the UofR Parking Services.

kôhkom Bea’s Café is located on the Regina Campus and offer a variety of catering options for your event needs.
