Funding Opportunities

First Nations and Indigenous people have access to unique funding opportunities that reflect the country’s commitment to reconciliation and the recognition of Indigenous rights.

Courses and training offered through the Indigenous Continuing Education Centre are non-credit programs that may qualify for Canada-Saskatchewan Job Grant Funding. Please note that this is an employer-driven program. The employer must apply on behalf of their employees.

ICEC Professional MicroBadges, MicroCredentials, and MicroCertificates qualify for the following funding:

• Canada Training credit
• Re-Skill Saskatchewan Training Subsidy (RSTS)
• URAA Alumni Professional Development Award
