MANDATE AND FUNCTIONS
A Senior Management Committee reporting to the President.
- Oversight of property development and management on FNUniv lands
- Consultations with Elders and Aboriginal communities on sustainable resource use
- Advice on leasing and building opportunities in all three cities
- Policy development regarding sustainable development and land use
- Oversight of campus signage and road maintenance
- Oversight of capital plan development and project management (contractors, tenders, construction)
- Development and implementation of Campus Master Plans
- Monitoring of compliance with building codes, fire codes, safety regulations, etc. on all three FNUniv campuses
